4. CITIZENS REQUEST/PUBLIC PARTICIPATION - Mrs. Giunta presented a powerpoint =
&nbs= p; presentation entitled “June 2009 (Year 2) RtI Update.” Student data was compared from
&nbs= p; Fall 2008 to June 2009 for Kindergarten, First, and Second Grades. Improvements to the
&nbs= p; curriculum, incorporation of more grade levels, and RtI Teacher resources were addressed.

8. COMMITTEE REPORTS - Mr. Newlan reported that the Build= ing Committee has two
&nbs= p; projects for this summer. The projects involve repair of pavement in the dumpster area and
&nbs= p; drainage of surface water in the courtyard. <= /span> The Finance Committee set a date of= July 7,
&nbs= p; 2009 to begin the FY10 Budget.
